I think it would be FANTASTIC if there was a "preferred name" field for staff, much like there is for clients. Even better is if it would default to the preferred name for things like tickets, clinical/charting, etc.
Is it possible to require a response in the race/ethnicity field prior to Saving? (Can those fields be highlighted yellow also? ) DHS requires race ethinicty information and these fields are missed frequently. Additionally, asking if it is possibl...
