I think it would be FANTASTIC if there was a "preferred name" field for staff, much like there is for clients. Even better is if it would default to the preferred name for things like tickets, clinical/charting, etc.

This is essential, and the fact that the only way any of these trans related accommodations can be added as a feature is by upvoting is wildly transphobic honestly!
