Required Fields on Client Screen Prior to Save

Is it possible to require a response in the race/ethnicity field prior to Saving? (Can those fields be highlighted yellow also? ) DHS requires race ethinicty information and these fields are missed frequently. Additionally, asking if it is possible to require the Yellow fields to be completed prior to save. Currently, there is a warning pop-up regarding the yellow fields, but still allows save.
