How can staff be notified when a new appointment has been added? Currently when we have a new intake, we enter the appointment/intake on the calendar for a group but you can only see you have an appointment if you constantly look in procentive at the appointments module or home page. Is there a way to create a ticket or workflow to notify? This would create an email notification if someone isn't at a desk/laptop to notify them of the upcoming intake/appointment.
