I would like to be able to filter out clients who are no longer on the waitlist. We have a lot of clients show up in this report whose end dates have been reached, or who didn't have an end date entered, but were removed from the list at some point in the past - they no longer show up on the actual waitlist in the appointments module, but they show up on the 3450 report.

Report 3450 was updated to better reflect the waitlist feature in Appointments Module. This change was effective 02/18/2021.
