Ability to edit charts

I would love to be able to back in and edit my own chart notes. Sometimes when charting, I forget something right after I save it, and it won't allow me to go back in and add anything. I have to make a copy of my chart note, and enter an entire new one with the word UPDATED right after it, in hopes that the rest of the staff will know to look at that note instead. Please consider allowing us to edit our own chart notes. Thank you.
